Note: With our machines, the Metal Devil Blades STAY SHARP 3 TIMES LONGER than on
standard circular saw machines.

Blades are manufactured in different configurations to cut steel, thin steel, aluminum, and even stainless steel.  The important differences between blade configurations are the number of teeth on the blade, the carbide grade, and the shape of the teeth.

• Stainless Steel Blades - used to cut all stainless steel, including 1/4" or thinner plate, tubing, and stainless steel for commercial kitchens

• Steel Blades - used to cut angle iron, steel plate, channel iron, I-beams, pipe and other ferrous metal shapes and parts

• Aluminum Blades - used to cut all 3/8" or thinner aluminum parts including extrusions, plate, angle, and grating

• Thin Steel Blades - used to cut ferrous metals under 1/8" without bending the cut edge including corrugated roofing, sheet meta, conduit, and steel studs.
